Tiffany is a North Carolina Native That Was Raised in a Small Town North of Durham. She Has Years of Experience in Customer Service & Understands The Importance of Building Long-Lasting Relationships. Meet Raleigh Real Estate Agent, Tiffany Warren
Q: Can you share with us what made you decide to have a career in Real Estate?
TW: I’ve always been intrigued with Real Estate, and how neighborhoods and communities change over time. I wanted to make an impact and properly educate people on the process of buying and selling.
Q: Do you specialize in certain types of properties?
TW: I don’t limit my scoop of work, so I work with an array of properties.
Q: Can you share with our audience what Buyers & Sellers can expect when they work with you?
TW: Buyers and sellers can expect a Realtor that has integrity, respect, honesty, and ethics at the top of her list. Buying or selling a home is a very important process so I make sure that I am available to explain each step along the way. I work hard for my clients because I know they could have chosen to work with anyone, but they chose me. I like to leave a great long lasting impression.
Q: How do you help buyers compete in a tight market?
TW: It’s important that I get my buyers in to see properties ASAP. I make sure to stay on top of new data and listings that are posted daily. I strategize with my buyers, so they have a competitive offer that stands out.
Q: What are two things that separate you from other agents?
TW: I go the extra mile to make sure that my clients have a smooth transaction. If that means taking late calls because that’s when their kids are asleep, that’s what I do. I also make sure that I only work with a certain number of clients at a time, so that each client can get the proper amount of attention. The overall experience that my clients have is more important than the number of clients I work with.
Q: Do you work with both buyers and sellers?
TW: Yes, I work with both buyers and sellers.
Q: How has technology changed the Real Estate industry over the years?
TW: Technology has made it so simple for buyers and sellers to get through the process. With a few clicks, paperwork can be signed electronically from anywhere in the world from just about any electronic device, including cell phones. If a buyer wants to see what’s on the market, they can quickly and easily navigate through multiple platforms.
Q: What's the greatest fear you've had to overcome to get where you are today?
TW: Not to be afraid of failure. It doesn't matter how many times you fail at something, what matters is that you get up and keep pushing. If you look at world renowned names, a lot of them faced failure multiple times to get to where they are. I embrace failure because I know it’s part of the journey.
Q: Can you tell our audience one of your most memorable moments your career?
TW: It was before my career really got started. I met with Susan Ungerleider and Chloë Seymore, the partners at RED Collective. I was fresh out of Real Estate School, so I was meeting with different firms. After that particular meeting, I instantly knew they were the right choice for me. I knew they upheld a certain standard and I wanted to run my book of business that way.
Q: What’s one lesson you’ve learned in your career that you can share with our audience?
TW: The same process doesn’t work for everyone. I’ve learned to adapt quickly and tailor my process towards each individual client.
Q: Which woman inspires you and why?
TW: So many women have inspired me, but my mom is at the top of that list. Her work ethic, strength, and perseverance are what makes her so incredible. It’s no way I can fully explain how and why she inspires me. A paragraph wouldn't do her justice, you would have to read for days. Everything that she has exemplified in my lifetime, has made me the woman that I am today. I’ve always said, if I can be half of the woman that she is, I’ll turn out great.
Q: What advice would you give to young women who want to succeed in the workplace?
TW: Don't let the word “no” discourage you. Even when others can’t see your vision or end goal, don't give up, continue to work towards it. If people don’t think your goals and dreams are crazy, you’re not dreaming big enough.
Q: Can you tell us how you manage your work life balance?
TW: Sometimes I can be a workaholic but I’m currently working on that! I’m making it a point to set aside time each day to do something that I love. I’ve found that I work much more efficiently when I do that. Give it a try!
